Becoming a minor child’s Guardian is a tremendous responsibility and trust we take very seriously. When legally appointed, we provide management of the financial and/or well-being and best interests of minors or individuals deemed by the court to need care and oversight when their families are not able. As Guardians of a minor, we provide for the child’s needs during childhood, including education, while simultaneously planning for their financial well-being and personal care in view of the child’s adult needs and requirements.
