
Jodi Pais Montgomery is a California-licensed professional fiduciary and the founder of Pais Montgomery Fiduciary, established in 2011. She holds formal training in social work and is deeply committed to addressing the unique needs of conservatees and beneficiaries of special needs trusts. Her work focuses on safeguarding these individuals from physical and financial harm, as well as protecting them from all forms of abuse, and many of her cases have involved mental health and addiction components. With extensive experience in probate estate administration, trust administration, and conservatorships of both the person and estate, Jodi brings a comprehensive understanding of fiduciary responsibilities. Beyond her professional pursuits, she has served as a counselor at AIDS Centers Pasadena, volunteered with the Special Olympics, and currently holds the position of Vice President of the San Gabriel Valley Estate Planning Council. In collaboration with the Professional Fiduciary Association of California (PFAC), Jodi also provides in-service mentoring for emerging and aspiring fiduciaries. She remains passionately dedicated to fostering the next generation of professionals in this vital, care-oriented field.
